How to care for your Bradford Swimming Club Cap

Rinse your cap thoroughly after each swim in clean water to remove chemicals and/or minerals

Dry with a soft towel, then sprinkle inside and outside with a small amount of baby powder to prevent cap from sticking together.

Avoid contact with sharp object such as fingernails, hairpins, earrings, teeth etc

Care should also be taken when adjusting position.
